Procurement Associate

About the role

The Procurement Associate will support BVP Serbia’s purchasing, shipping, inventory, and telecom equipment processes, ensuring timely and cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Create RFQs, compare vendor pricing, generate purchase orders in QuickBooks and route them for approval.
• Track inbound/outbound shipments, prepare commercial invoices and customs documents, and resolve carrier issues.
• Receive inventory in NetSuite, maintain item master data, and reconcile receipts with vendor bills.
• Manage ISP contracts, negotiate terms, and handle service changes or outages.
• Order and track Motorola two‑way radios and related accessories, maintaining asset records.
• Maintain organized procurement files, produce reports on open POs, spend, and shipment status, and support process improvements.

Required profile

• College diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics or operations administration.
• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks and NetSuite for PO creation and inventory management.
• Experience preparing shipping documents for cross‑border shipments.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables) and Outlook/Office 365 or Google Workspace.
• Comfortable using carrier portals such as FedEx, UPS, Purolator for label creation and tracking.
• Basic understanding of internet service types, contract terms, and customs basics (HS codes, Incoterms).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and NetSuite inventory modules.
