Procurement Professional, Indirect – IT & Software

About the role

The Procurement Professional, Indirect – IT & Software will independently manage strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management and compliance for NCR Voyix’s technology and software commodities.

Key responsibilities

• Guide selection, development and management of suppliers to meet cost and performance goals for technology road‑maps.
• Monitor commodity market trends, supplier capacity and product knowledge to inform sourcing decisions.
• Lead negotiations and contract completion with global suppliers to maximize benefits.
• Maintain rigorous supplier‑base management, including performance reviews, root‑cause analysis and improvement plans.
• Develop and implement spend‑management strategies such as make‑vs‑buy analysis, supplier rationalisation and total cost of ownership optimisation.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree and at least three years of progressive commodity/supply‑chain management experience.
• Direct source‑to‑contract experience in IT and software procurement, including software licensing, cloud architecture and SaaS contracts.
• Strong negotiation and contract‑management skills with understanding of legal and ethical purchasing requirements.
