Product Configuration Expert – SAP MDG

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Configuration Expert in Master Data Management with strong SAP MDG and data‑governance expertise to join Coca‑Cola Hellenic Digital & Technology Platform Services. You will help design, develop and implement the Enterprise Data Governance strategy, delivering master data solutions across the company’s system landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, architects and cross‑functional IT teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications and provide architectural guidance for MDG projects.
• Contribute to the end‑to‑end Master Data Management journey, ensuring data governance, integration and compliance across the organizational landscape.
• Lead and support SAP MDG/ABAP developers and data engineers, ensuring solutions follow CCH standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data models, data flows and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues across multiple teams, including researching and applying OSS notes when required.
• Stay current with data‑governance tools and recommend their adoption.
• Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines for master data governance solutions.
• Participate in all project phases – discovery, solution design, implementation and testing.

Required profile

• Deep hands‑on experience configuring SAP Master Data objects in SAP MDG & S/4, rule‑based workflows, governance models and BRF+.
• Functional consultant experience with SAP S/4, MDG, Fiori, ABAP, Workflow, SOA services and BADI development.
• Ability to define inbound/outbound replication models and support system integrations with SAP and non‑SAP applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 + years of experience with SAP S/4 master data objects, master data and data‑quality management.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and vendors.
