Product Manager – ASUS Distribution (Serbia)

About the role

The Product Manager will lead ASUS channel operations in Serbia, overseeing the full distribution agreement and driving growth across retail, e‑commerce and B2B partners. This role combines market expertise, sales acumen and inventory management to ensure product availability and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full channel operations and execution of the ASUS distribution agreement in Serbia.
• Expand and maintain relationships with local retailers, sub‑distributors, e‑commerce and B2B partners.
• Fulfill sales plans, oversee product demand generation, pricing strategy and margin management.
• Plan product inventory, forecasting and coordinate stock availability with vendor timelines.
• Plan and execute co‑marketing activities, product launches and regular sales reporting to management and ASUS representatives.

Required profile

• Higher education with 3‑5 years of experience in IT distribution, consumer electronics or PC hardware wholesale.
• Deep knowledge of the IT/hardware market in Serbia (laptops, desktops, AIO, networking).
• Proven sales, negotiation and key‑account management skills.
• Strong capability in inventory planning, forecasting and end‑to‑end distribution operations.
• High self‑organization, independence and ability to multitask in a dynamic market environment.
