Product Manager – B2A Selections

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the RateHawk.com Selections product strategy, vision, and roadmap. You will transform a young stream into a mature, revenue‑driving business unit while working in a fast‑moving, test‑and‑learn environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for RateHawk.com Selections.
• Run rapid experiments, iterate quickly, and turn each result into the next hypothesis.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of product opportunities based on funnel data, content gaps, and user friction.
• Lead strategic analysis including market trends, competitor shifts, and user behavior research.
• Align Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams around shared priorities and data‑driven decisions.
• Co‑own delivery by defining scope, acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment through engineering, ML, and analytics to ship measurable impact.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in travel, marketplace, or content‑heavy products.
• Growth mindset with a proven record of scaling products through hypotheses, A/B testing, fast iteration, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities, including metric design, funnel and cohort analysis, and turning data into prioritized bets.
• Bias to action: ship small, learn fast, and improve continuously.
• Technical fluency to work with data pipelines, content systems, or ML‑driven products and partner closely with engineering.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional influence, building trust with engineering, commercial, and operations partners.
