Product Marketing / GTM Lead

About the role

BnBerry is seeking a senior, hands‑on Product Marketing / GTM Lead to shape the go‑to‑market strategy for its hospitality technology solutions. You will work closely with product and sales leadership to define target customers, craft positioning, validate market demand, and drive measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously refine ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and market segmentation.
• Translate complex hotel‑tech and SaaS capabilities into clear, commercially‑focused positioning and messaging frameworks.
• Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market plans for new products and features, including discovery, validation, beta, launch, and post‑launch optimization.
• Lead market validation activities such as customer interviews, competitor research, and message testing.
• Develop and track marketing analytics, funnel metrics, and revenue impact to ensure marketing drives pipeline and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales to create enablement assets (sales narratives, one‑pagers, demo scripts) and improve pipeline quality.
• Design and execute growth experiments and channel strategies, iterating based on data.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably with complex or technical products.
• Track record of owning successful product launches and linking marketing activities to revenue outcomes.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to define, measure, and act on key performance indicators.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with product, sales, and leadership teams.
