Product Marketing Manager – AGS (Serbia)

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager (AGS) will own and drive all digital initiatives for Affiliate Grand Slam, ensuring the website, customer journeys and campaign assets align with business goals. This full‑time position is based in Serbia and works closely with product, UX/UI, development, marketing, sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary business owner for AGS digital initiatives and requirements.
• Maintain continuous oversight of the AGS website, digital presence, content and customer journeys.
• Coordinate website updates, landing pages, content changes and campaign requirements.
• Gather and structure stakeholder requirements before handing them to product, UX/UI or development teams.
• Work with UX/UI and creative teams to ensure digital experiences match the AGS brand and business objectives.
• Monitor status, dependencies, risks and required business actions for ongoing digital projects.

Required profile

• Experience in product marketing, digital marketing, digital product or web management.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, website conversion and content strategy.
• Ability to translate business and marketing needs into clear, structured requirements for technical teams.
• Commercial awareness of how digital experiences support sales, event attendance and revenue.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Familiarity with EMS, ticket‑sales systems and other SiGMA tools.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to spot friction points.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools like Jira (advantage).
