Production Editor – Scientific Publishing

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Production Editor to join our scientific publishing team. You will prepare English manuscripts for publication in PDF, XML and HTML formats using our custom software, with full training and mentorship provided.

Key responsibilities

• Format English scientific manuscripts (Word or LaTeX) to meet publishing standards.
• Convert Word or LaTeX files into XML files.
• Transform XML files back into LaTeX to generate high‑quality PDFs.
• Collaborate with editors to ensure accurate and timely publication.
• Work independently to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum English level B2.
• General computer literacy (email, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to meet deadlines.
