Program Manager – Manufacturing (Strategic Initiatives)

About the role

Eaton is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead strategic manufacturing initiatives across operations, technology, quality, and talent. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects such as facility launches, capacity expansions, and greenfield programs while meeting cost and benefit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full program lifecycle from planning through launch, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to achieve technical and manufacturing readiness for start‑up production.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee deployment and ramp‑up of automated production lines, ensuring production, cost, quality, and delivery goals.
• Drive Industry 4.0 adoption, implementing automation, AI/ML, IoT, and data‑analytics solutions.
• Partner with functional leaders to define organizational and capability requirements and support workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, quality systems, and corporate governance.
• Manage budgets, operational costs, and stakeholder relationships with senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large‑scale manufacturing programs or projects.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
