Project Financial Analyst II

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Financial Analyst II to support its Clinical Solutions team. The role involves producing financial reports, analyzing data, and communicating insights to global management and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and present client reporting, facilitating financial discussions with stakeholders.
• Prepare, interpret and analyze financial data, business metrics, and ad‑hoc reports for global management.
• Develop monthly financial reports, commentary, and metrics, offering improvement methods for timeliness and accuracy.
• Serve as a key contact for interpretation and investigation of financial results in the assigned area.
• Assist finance department with miscellaneous projects and update cost study budgets based on trial specifications.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant financial experience, preferably in Pharma/CRO.
• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive data with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with accounting software; Oracle Finance preferred.
