Project Manager – AI & Generative AI Solutions

About the role

Synechron is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Automation and data‑driven initiatives. You will act as the central coordination point between clients, business stakeholders, technical teams and delivery leadership, guiding projects from concept through deployment and operationalization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional delivery teams on AI, GenAI, Machine Learning and automation projects.
• Serve as primary client contact, manage expectations and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, resources, risks and success metrics in collaboration with architects, AI engineers and business owners.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports and executive communications.
• Support AI lifecycle activities including data readiness, model development, testing, deployment, monitoring and retraining.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, privacy, security and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate smooth transition of AI solutions into production and business‑as‑usual operations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, technology delivery or digital transformation, preferably in AI or data‑analytics domains.
• Proven track record delivering complex technology projects from initiation to operational hand‑over.
• Strong client‑facing, consulting and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of governance, risk management and compliance for enterprise AI solutions.
