Project Manager, Central Laboratory Services

About the role

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Project Manager to lead Central Laboratory Services projects across multiple therapeutic areas. Working remotely from Poland, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, or the UK, you will act as the primary client‑facing liaison, translating project plans into actionable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead laboratory projects from conception through close‑out, ensuring detailed planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, revenue forecasts and resource plans while aligning with contracted scope.
• Coordinate assay development, clinical testing, biorepository/sample logistics, and kitting for global client studies.
• Monitor operational delivery against timelines and budgets, reporting progress to internal teams and external clients.
• Maintain process documentation and mentor junior Project Managers.
