Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Bullet Echo team. In this role you will combine strong operational management with a focus on developing and improving processes, working closely with a multidisciplinary development team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the development team and ensure effective coordination across functions.
• Own and improve operational processes, identify gaps and drive improvements from idea to implementation.
• Work with the team and management to set priorities, goals and ways of working.
• Participate in people management, including hiring, onboarding, performance management and off‑boarding.
• Handle budgets, invoices and other operational processes, and explore AI tools to enhance management.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing a development team with ownership of delivery.
• Experience in GameDev and working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong operational management and process‑improvement skills.
• Understanding of Agile and common project‑management approaches.
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
