Project Manager – Product Lifecycle Management

About the role

ProPharma is expanding its Product Lifecycle Management group and is looking for a permanent Project Manager to work from an office in Serbia, Croatia or Bosnia. The role will lead key technology‑transfer and other lifecycle projects for biotech, medical‑device and pharmaceutical clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, delivery and communication of projects from scoping through implementation.
• Develop all project deliverables (project plan, charter, communication plans, presentations) and obtain stakeholder approvals.
• Drive project communication via status reports, dashboards and regular meetings across multiple time zones.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies and adjust plans as needed.
• Own the quality of deliverables, manage scope and monitor progress.
• Document meetings, directives and significant conversations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life‑sciences or business discipline.
• 5‑10 years of project‑management experience in the life‑sciences sector.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and passion for quality.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and collaborate with virtual teams.
• Advanced written, verbal and virtual communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
