Protocol Collaborator – Swiss Pavilion Expo 2027

About the role

Join the Swiss Pavilion at Expo 2027 in Belgrade as a Protocol Collaborator. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and partners, ensuring smooth communication and high‑quality guided experiences throughout the exhibition.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming written and telephone enquiries in English, Serbian, German and/or French.
• Organise and lead guided tours within the Swiss Pavilion and coordinate bookings for tours in other pavilions.
• Manage accreditation procedures for visitors and officials.
• Conduct guided tours across the Expo site, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Commercial or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
• Highly developed proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Very good command of English; good knowledge of Serbian; German and/or French are a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, independence, responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Friendly attitude, ability to work under pressure, reliability, teamwork, stamina and patience.
• Willingness to take on additional tasks and maintain a neat, customer‑oriented appearance.

What we offer

• Net salary of RSD 145,000 per month.
• Monthly public‑transport allowance of RSD 3,000.
• Meal allowance of RSD 2,000 (gross).
• Vacation allowance of RSD 1,000 (gross) per month.
• Shift work including weekends, 40 hours per week over 5 days.
• Employment in accordance with Serbian labour law.
