Purchase to Pay (P2P) Specialist

About the role

OCSiAl is seeking a Purchase to Pay (P2P) Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for its graphene nanotube production. The role supports cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and cost‑effective sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from need identification to purchase order issuance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends for cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, finance and other departments to align orders with budget constraints.
• Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and generate reports for senior management.
• Stay updated on chemical production and procurement best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in production, automotive or chemicals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems.
