QA Engineer – 3+ Years Experience

About the role

Join Atfinity’s fast‑growing team in Niš as a QA Engineer. You will help ensure the quality of our AI‑driven banking automation platform by creating, executing, and maintaining test cases for both manual and automated scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases and analyse results.
• Identify, document, and report bugs using a tracking system.
• Design, write, and maintain test cases for new features.
• Verify and re‑test bugs reported by clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Clear, structured communication in English.
• Pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with bug‑tracking tools such as Jira.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Hands‑on experience in manual testing and knowledge of automated testing concepts.
