Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to drive quality excellence across our global production environments. You will apply quality expertise from component inspection to vendor collaboration and audit execution, supporting our mission to deliver smarter water solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze quality records, prepare reports and recommend actionable improvements for production processes.
• Conduct inspection, verification and validation of components and materials used in development.
• Identify and address recurring quality issues related to product performance or testing reliability.
• Lead quality audits and ensure compliance with the TOP 1 Quality Tools in Operations and TOP 6 Quality in Development.
• Collaborate with external vendors to resolve quality issues and document performance measures.
• Partner with production and APU teams to align on quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
