Quality Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and systematic Quality Specialist to join an international manufacturing company located near Požarevac. In this position you will monitor and improve the quality of production processes, ensure compliance with defined standards, and coordinate activities related to quality, safety, and environmental protection.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and apply quality procedures and standards, track key quality indicators.
• Control the quality of incoming raw materials and oversee quality throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with suppliers on quality requirements and resolve non‑conformities.
• Track and analyze defects, non‑conformities, and customer complaints.
• Define and follow corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to ISO standards.
• Maintain required documentation and prepare quality reports.
• Work with external experts on occupational safety, fire protection, chemicals, and waste management.
• Monitor implementation of safety, hygiene, and personal protective equipment standards on the production floor.
• Report deviations and potential risks to responsible parties in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and basic ISO principles.
• Active English language proficiency.
• Systematic, organized, and analytical approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities within defined procedures.

Required skills

• Quality Management Systems (QMS) knowledge.
• Familiarity with ISO standards.
