Quality Supervisor – Automotive

About the role

Minth Group is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead quality activities at its Loznica plant. The role focuses on ensuring product and process quality meets both internal standards and customer expectations in the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily quality activities to meet internal and customer requirements.
• Monitor quality performance, KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Lead analysis and resolution of internal and customer quality issues using appropriate tools.
• Implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Allocate tasks, provide technical guidance and develop the quality team.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Logistics and other functions to enhance product and process quality.
• Support customer and internal audits and drive preventive actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably engineering.
• 5–8 years of professional quality experience in the automotive industry.
• Hands‑on experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage people.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Good command of English for daily business communication.
