About the role
Wolt Market is looking for enthusiastic store staff to join its Novi Sad location. You will work in a fast‑paced environment handling grocery orders, supporting couriers, and keeping the shop organized.
Key responsibilities
- Download and process customer orders using the Merchant application.
- Collect, pack, and prepare groceries quickly and accurately.
- Hand over orders to customers and couriers in a timely manner.
- Receive, unload, and store goods from suppliers, including pallet handling.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and hygiene standards throughout the store.
Required profile
- Proactive attitude with fast learning and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts in the morning, evening, weekends, and holidays (store open 08:00‑00:00 daily).
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse setting is a plus.
