About the role

DUOMEDIA DOO is looking for eight motivated individuals to join its fish processing and packaging plant in Niš. The position is full‑time, working on the production line to prepare, process, and pack sardines, mackerel and herring for domestic and export markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare raw fish for the production and packaging process.
• Arrange fish on the production line and operate line equipment.
• Monitor product quality during manufacturing.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation according to hygiene standards.
• Follow all prescribed work, hygiene and food‑safety procedures.
• Perform additional tasks related to the production process as needed.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Responsible, reliable and attentive to detail.
• Neat and organized in work habits.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
