R&D Mechanical Engineer Internship

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Mechanical Engineer Intern to join our R&D team in Novi Sad. The internship offers hands‑on experience with industry‑standard tools, allowing you to apply your mechanical engineering knowledge to real projects that support our mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of mechanical components and systems using CAD software.
• Create and interpret technical drawings and engineering blueprints under supervision.
• Conduct research and analysis to support design improvements.
• Participate in prototype development and testing of mechanical solutions.
• Document design specifications, calculations and project findings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges.

Required profile

• Final‑year Mechanical Engineering student with strong ownership and proactivity.
• Eager to learn, with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software such as CATIA, CREO or SolidWorks.
• Understanding of mechanical engineering principles, mechanics and thermodynamics.
• Experience or familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or other simulation tools (preferred).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (preferred).
