Regional Sales Representative – Belgrade

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative with a background in the scaffolding industry to manage and develop our sales activities in Belgrade and the surrounding area.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in Belgrade and the surrounding area while strengthening existing customer relationships.
• Conduct meetings with construction companies, contractors, and relevant business partners.
• Monitor local construction projects, assess scaffolding requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage the order process.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and report on sales performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Experience in sales and customer relationship management within the scaffolding industry.
• Technical knowledge of scaffolding systems and their applications.
• Familiarity with the Serbian construction market and an established local customer network would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and understand customer needs.
• Willingness to work actively in the field and travel within the assigned region.
• Organized, results‑oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in Serbian; English language skills would be an advantage.
• Valid driving licence and the ability to drive regularly for business purposes.
• Based in Belgrade or elsewhere in Serbia, or willing to relocate.
