Remote TikTok Ads Specialist

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with in-house positions at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. This full-time, independent contractor role is a TikTok Ads Specialist working remotely for a client's marketing team. You will own TikTok advertising campaigns from strategy and execution to optimization and scaling, driving conversions and improving campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and manage TikTok advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates.
• Research audiences, set targeting strategies and find ways to scale campaigns.
• Work with creative teams on high-performing ad content and run A/B tests on creatives, audiences and strategies.
• Manage campaign budgets and track results, analyzing data and recommending improvements.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with TikTok Pixel and analytics tools, and stay up to date with TikTok updates and best practices.

Required profile

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads.
• Proven experience using TikTok Ads Manager and managing advertising budgets and scaling campaigns.
• Strong understanding of paid social, performance marketing and conversion optimization.
• Excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to work independently remotely.
• Nice to have: agency experience, managing several client accounts at once, e-commerce or lead-gen campaigns, and knowledge of GA4, Shopify or other platforms.
