Reservationist & Dispatcher

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Reservationist & Dispatcher to support our luxury ground‑transport operations. In this hybrid front‑office and back‑office position you will manage client reservations and coordinate chauffeur assignments, ensuring seamless travel experiences for high‑profile clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately book, confirm and modify client reservations using LimoAnywhere.
• Communicate promptly with corporate clients, executive assistants and partner agencies via phone and email.
• Monitor reservation cut‑offs, farm‑in/farm‑out requirements and handle cancellations or last‑minute changes.
• Assign chauffeurs, track real‑time trip status (OnTheWay, On Location, POB, DO) and serve as the primary contact during active trips.
• Monitor commercial and private flight information through Flighty and ADS‑B Exchange, adjusting schedules for delays or changes.
• Answer inbound calls and emails professionally, providing timely support to clients and drivers.

Required profile

• Experience in dispatch, reservations or customer‑service roles, preferably within luxury transportation, hospitality or aviation.
• Familiarity with LimoAnywhere or comparable reservation platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm, organized and able to multitask effectively under pressure.
