Restaurant Supervisor for Trendy Lifestyle Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead operations at a trendy, award‑winning Western restaurant in Dubai. You will ensure exceptional customer service, smooth daily operations, and support the team in delivering a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring staff perform efficiently.
• Train, motivate and supervise servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in line with health regulations.
• Develop strategies to boost customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and Restaurant Manager on menus, specials and promotions.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to keep the restaurant well‑stocked.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of European cuisine and current hospitality trends.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Proven leadership and team‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with restaurant management software.
