Road Freight Forwarder

About the role

Cargomind is looking for a Road Freight Forwarder to join its Belgrade team. You will keep trucks and deliveries on schedule across Europe and the Balkans, reacting quickly to any changes.

Key responsibilities

• Organise daily road shipments (FTL/LTL) for import, export and cross‑border transport.
• Book carriers, negotiate rates and build a reliable carrier network.
• Track vehicles, stay in close contact with drivers and keep customers proactively informed.
• Handle transport documents (CMR), transit and customs paperwork and coordinate with customs brokers and border agents.
• React quickly to delays, border waits, breakdowns or damages and find practical solutions.
• Calculate prices, prepare offers and support customers in their daily transport needs.

Required profile

• Completed commercial education or vocational training (e.g., business school, freight forwarding apprenticeship).
• Proven experience in road freight forwarding or road transport.
• Good knowledge of CMR, customs and transit procedures, especially for cross‑border road transport in Europe and the Balkans.
• Excellent Serbian and good English communication skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong team spirit.
