Sales Account Manager (Real Estate Tech)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Belgrade sales team, focusing on real‑estate agents and construction companies. The role combines client relationship management, market research and promotion of our advertising and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow client accounts, primarily real‑estate agents and construction firms.
• Research the market to identify leads and new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, with client communication accounting for about 70% of the time.
• Promote our advertising and technology products, train clients on our systems, and communicate marketing promotions via phone and email.
• Use CRM software daily to track activities and sales pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, telephone sales or a call‑center environment.
• Fluency in Serbian and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and research abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, taking initiative to generate leads.
• Passion for the internet, technology and the property sector.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.

Required skills

• CRM software proficiency.
• Advanced use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
