Sales Analyst – Adriatic Region

About the role

The Sales Analyst supports the Sales Team and Category Manager by turning large volumes of sales data into actionable insights for the Adriatic market. The role combines data analysis, reporting, and administrative support to drive informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, structure, analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain and update sales databases, generate regular sell‑in and sell‑out reports for customers and distributors.
• Prepare presentations for target setting, investment analysis, business reviews and other stakeholder meetings.
• Support the Category Manager and Sales Team on projects, promotional budget assessments and operational cost calculations.
• Administer field execution tracking, price‑list updates and promotion tools such as ESTEH, TPM and credit‑note processing.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Nielsen tools and SAP.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI.
• Very good command of English.
