Sales Analytics & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales Analytics & Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing activities across European markets while providing data‑driven insights to support sales and business development. This role combines multichannel marketing, sales enablement and market intelligence to drive growth and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage European marketing campaigns, including web initiatives and exhibitions.
• Create and distribute multichannel content such as videos, podcasts and digital assets.
• Develop customer‑facing materials – presentations, case studies, videos – to support sales enablement.
• Maintain the global repository of marketing and product assets, ensuring version control and brand compliance.
• Promote corporate marketing standards, templates and brand governance across regions.
• Collect, analyse and interpret market, industry and competitor intelligence using platforms like S&P, GlobalData, Kompass and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Translate intelligence into actionable insights for sales, marketing and executive leadership.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and intelligence frameworks in Power BI.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of target industries, key accounts and geographic markets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to turn insights into initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in market intelligence, business analytics or marketing.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, international B2B environment.
