Sales Development Representative – Key Accounts (Remote – Serbia)

About the role

Join Ideals’ growing SDR team in Serbia to drive new customer adoption for the Ideals Virtual Data Room across the UK. You will work closely with Key Accounts teammates in London, focusing on sectors where secure, high‑stakes deal‑making is critical.

Key responsibilities

• Execute B2B account mapping, cold calling and multi‑channel outreach across targeted corporate accounts in the UK, logging activities in the CRM.
• Conduct detailed account research and prospect profiling before initial contact.
• Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the Key Accounts/Account Executive team.
• Build rapport and maintain ongoing engagement with strategic prospects.
• Gather insights and feedback to guide prospects through the qualification framework.
• Assist with corporate and M&A event coordination and share relevant industry content with key contacts.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics.
• Strong business communication skills, including handling objections and gatekeepers.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback and build fast rapport.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+ level).
