Sales Development Representative – Spanish Speaking

About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be the first point of contact for potential customers, driving opportunity generation and handing off qualified leads to the sales team. This position focuses on the Spanish‑speaking market and supports Proximus Global’s growth strategy across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a go‑to‑market strategy in alignment with the Sales Executive.
• Generate outreach campaigns using Outreach.io and conduct cold‑calls to map and penetrate target accounts.
• Organise Proximus Global’s presence at trade shows, conferences and industry events.
• Demonstrate product and service value propositions and generate sales appointments.
• Manage leads and maintain CRM data in Salesforce.com.
• Develop and maintain a territory plan for the assigned geography.
• Provide weekly reports on territory updates, industry trends and competition.
• Participate in sales development projects and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• University degree in business, economics, linguistics or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong time‑management, organizational and communication skills.
• Motivation to build a long‑term career in technology sales.
