Sales Development Specialist – German Market

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Sales Development Specialist focused on German‑speaking markets. You will generate and qualify new business opportunities for our hospitality SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Research prospective customers in the hospitality sector.
• Initiate outreach via email, phone, and social channels.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs.
• Nurture leads and schedule product demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and follow up inbound inquiries.
• Help optimise the lead‑generation process.
• Report regularly on pipeline activity and market feedback.

Required profile

• Strong lead‑generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying and nurturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German.
• Customer‑service experience with a focus on building trust.
• Sales and pipeline‑management experience, meeting targets and coordinating with a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales‑analytics reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time and priorities.
• Background in hospitality, SaaS or tech‑enabled services is a plus.
• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in sales or business.
