Sales Engineer – Service (Serbia)

About the role

As a Sales Engineer – Service you will grow our service business in Serbia by helping customers identify the right technical solutions for their needs. You will combine technical understanding with a proactive commercial approach, act as a trusted advisor, and support customers throughout the full sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned accounts, moving customers up the Service Ladder and increasing the share of service business.
• Proactively identify and win new business from both new and active customers, focusing on Attack and Develop accounts.
• Plan and execute face‑to‑face and virtual visits to maximise customer‑facing time and optimise territory coverage.
• Translate customer challenges into clear technical and commercial service solutions and present business benefits, lifecycle value and ROI.
• Qualify leads, prepare accurate quotations and proposals, negotiate effectively and secure orders.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using the Sales Planner and keep the CRM (C4C) updated with all interactions.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of successful B2B technical or service sales experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Strong ability to understand technical applications and turn customer challenges into commercially attractive solutions.
• Fluent Serbian and strong working English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
