Sales Marketing Manager – Premium, MICE & Corporate

About the role

The Sales Marketing Manager for Premium, MICE and Corporate segments is a full‑time, on‑site position in Belgrade, responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow premium individual, corporate and MICE client portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across premium, corporate and MICE segments.
• Manage relationships with key corporate clients, event organizers and strategic partners.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and contracts tailored to client needs.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring brand positioning and alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal operations and chauffeur teams to deliver premium client experiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in sales and account management, preferably in premium services, hospitality, travel or mobility.
• Strong marketing background including campaign planning and brand positioning.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate and event partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English; Serbian language proficiency is a plus.
• Proven capability in market research, pipeline development and using CRM tools.
• Strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach to translate business goals into actions.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
