Sales Operations BI Developer & Data Analyst (EMEA)

About the role

Quectel Wireless Solutions, a global IoT technology developer, is expanding its presence in the Serbian market and its R&D centre. The company seeks a proactive Sales Operations BI Developer & Data Analyst to support EMEA sales activities through data‑driven insights and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards covering revenue, shipments, forecasts, pipeline, quotations and overall sales performance.
• Analyse opportunity, technical evaluation, design‑in, design‑win and mass‑production data to support EMEA sales teams.
• Integrate data from Salesforce (or similar CRM), ERP, finance, shipment and other internal systems.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines, reporting models and data‑quality controls.
• Use Python for data extraction, transformation, automation and advanced analysis.
• Develop reliable datasets, data models and standardised KPI calculations for EMEA sales.
• Automate recurring reports and manual sales‑operations tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify commercial trends, pipeline risks, performance gaps and growth opportunities through data analysis.
• Create forecasting and predictive models to support business decisions.
• Support AI applications for account intelligence, opportunity analysis, risk identification and recommended actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Sales Operations Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions.
• Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting and commercial KPIs is an advantage.
• English language proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
