SAP Fiori Developer

About the role

We are looking for an SAP Fiori Developer to design, develop and customise intuitive SAP Fiori applications that support our financial‑services customers. The role works closely with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and to maintain and optimise existing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement custom SAP Fiori apps using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5 and modern web technologies.
• Gather requirements from functional teams and business users, turning them into technical specifications and UI designs.
• Integrate Fiori apps with SAP back‑end systems by creating and consuming OData services.
• Analyse and tune applications for high performance, scalability and responsiveness.
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; conduct unit, integration and user‑acceptance testing.
• Configure and manage the Fiori Launchpad, creating tiles and catalogs for end users.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with best‑practice guidelines and Fiori design principles.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support for existing applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience developing SAP Fiori applications and integrating them with SAP back‑end systems.
• Familiarity with SAP development tools such as SAP Business Application Studio, SAP Web IDE or Eclipse.
• Understanding of version‑control systems (e.g., Git) and testing frameworks (e.g., QUnit, OPA5).
• Knowledge of MVC architecture, performance‑analysis tools and Fiori design guidelines.
