SAP Functional Consultant (Order-to-Cash)

About the role

Bosch Power Tools is looking for an SAP In-house Consultant in Supply Chain Management, based in Belgrade. The role acts as central Process Expert for Order-to-Cash (O2C), focusing on IT process implementation and shaping the system landscape of Robert Bosch Power Tools. The company's worldwide standardized supply chain processes are mapped in an SAP R/3 and S/4HANA solution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global O2C process: develop innovative concepts and processes for the global distribution of Power Tools.
• Support and lead global optimization and system rollout projects together with manufacturing plants, logistics hubs, local sales organizations and internal IT partners.
• Run requirement workshops, draft specifications, execute SAP ERP implementations, manage testing cycles and deliver key user support.
• Define and align interfaces between production, sales, logistics/warehousing and finance.
• Drive proactive communication and change management across global teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management.
• At least 5 to 8 years in management consulting or in the consumer goods industry.
• Strong practical understanding of modern supply chain concepts and end-to-end logistics.
• Fluent business English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP TM and integration with modules such as LE, MM or FI.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, transform and document complex, large-scale end-to-end processes.
• Negotiation, mediation and stakeholder management skills.
