About the role

Join LOGISTAR’s international transport team as a partner responsible for organizing road freight shipments both domestically and abroad. You will handle full and consolidated loads, prepare offers, and keep clients informed about request status.

Key responsibilities

• Organise road transport for full and consolidated loads within Serbia and internationally.
• Prepare and participate in the creation of transport offers.
• Report to clients on the status of all active requests.
• Communicate daily with drivers and coordinate with carrier companies to check vehicle availability and book transport.
• Select and analyse carrier performance.
• Manage complete documentation, open and close orders.
• Send daily transport inquiries and control freight cost calculations.
• Maintain a database of transport service suppliers and provide administrative support for client requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar transport coordination roles.
• High precision, reliability and systematic work approach.
• Good knowledge of English.
