Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist to help our clients improve their visibility on Google Search and Google Maps. This remote position offers flexible working hours, allowing you to work when you are most productive while staying available for urgent requests during US Eastern business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full SEO process and deliver monthly on‑time, high‑quality deliverables for each client.
• Drive local SEO initiatives, focusing on map‑pack performance and local market share.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities such as content upgrades, keyword expansion, technical fixes, and authority‑building tactics.
• Apply advanced on‑page SEO techniques including internal linking, siloing, and schema markup.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles to boost local map rankings and market share.
• Leverage off‑page resources to increase brand authority and improve SERP and local rankings.
• Conduct competitor website audits to uncover gaps and strategic advantages.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional SEO experience.
• At least 1 year working in an agency environment handling multiple client accounts.
• Proven track record in delivering local SEO results and improving map‑pack visibility.
• Ability to meet measurable outcomes such as >75% of clients achieving a combined Local Market Share and SERP score of 8+ points.
