Senior Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Auditor with 1‑5 years of audit experience, preferably in financial institutions, to join our Serbian team. The role involves direct client interaction, audit execution, and supporting junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and work directly with clients.
• Perform audit work as part of a team, following guidance from managers and partners.
• Independently manage audits of less complex entities.
• Carry out technical tasks involved in preparing audit reports.
• Support the progress and professional development of less experienced colleagues.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in audit, with experience in auditing financial institutions.
• A can‑do attitude, team spirit and strong personal values.
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in different situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people inside and outside the organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site outside Belgrade and Serbia, depending on project requirements.
• A university degree in economics.
• Proficiency in English.
