Senior Campaign and Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Campaign and Performance Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end campaign strategy and execution across multiple channels and markets. The role combines strategic planning, technical implementation, and creative production while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build multi‑channel, multi‑platform campaign plans from audience definition to budget allocation and creative direction.
• Execute and optimise performance campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, including A/B testing and continuous budget reallocation.
• Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure (pixels, UTMs, attribution) and contribute to data‑warehouse reporting for campaign analytics.
• Create basic ad creatives using tools such as Canva, CapCut or Figma and ensure brand consistency across all assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from design, CRM, website, PR and recruitment to align campaign initiatives and adapt to fast‑changing priorities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of performance marketing or campaign management experience, preferably with agency background.
• Hands‑on expertise in managing Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok advertising platforms and setting up tracking.
• Proven track record of running international B2B and B2C campaigns across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Basic creative production skills using Canva, CapCut, Figma or similar tools.
