Senior Clinical Project Manager – Oncology (CPM)

About the role

IQVIA Biotech is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead oncology clinical trials across regional or global studies. The role combines therapeutic expertise with project delivery, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time, and cost‑effective study execution.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned clinical studies, optimizing speed, quality and cost while adhering to contractual obligations and standard processes.
• Set objectives for the core project team, monitor performance, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop integrated study management plans and collaborate with cross‑functional groups to achieve milestones.
• Identify and manage risks, lead problem‑solving efforts, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain financial health of the project, forecast revenue opportunities, and manage scope changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including at least 1 year in project management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH GCP, and local regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of project financials, contractual obligations and change control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and strong customer‑service orientation.
