Senior Clinical Project Manager – Oncology

About the role

IQVIA Biotech is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead oncology clinical studies, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery while managing budgets and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of assigned oncology clinical studies, optimizing speed, quality and cost while complying with study tools, training and standard processes.
• Develop integrated study management plans, set objectives for core project teams, and monitor progress against contracts.
• Manage risks, issues and change control, proactively solving problems and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain primary customer contact, build cross‑functional teams and ensure financial success of projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years regional/global CPM experience with oncology trial background.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field and at least 5 years relevant experience, including 1 year project management.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP, local regulations and clinical trial conduct.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and customer‑service skills.
