Senior Commercial Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Commercial Finance Manager to lead the financial stewardship of a strategic customer account for gateretail. You will act as the financial lead, overseeing profitability, cost drivers, revenue development and assortment performance while collaborating directly with airline counterparts and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of two FTEs, handling performance management and workload planning.
• Own the full P&L for a strategic customer, preparing and presenting monthly reports and leading review meetings.
• Drive commercial discussions with the customer, support contract extensions, and partner with category managers on new product launches.
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, variance analysis and profit centre analysis.
• Lead stock reconciliation, intercompany recharge invoicing, multi‑currency reconciliations and ensure internal controls.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Engineering (preferred).
• ACC​A/CIMA or equivalent local accounting qualification (strongly preferred).
• At least 7 years of finance experience with a focus on P&L analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to present financial results to senior management and external partners.
