Senior Creative Strategist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to lead the Meta advertising creative function for a premium fashion, jewellery and lifestyle brand. This remote, full‑time position will audit the current creative operation, set a stronger premium direction and rebuild the systems that drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Meta advertising creative strategy, from customer research and concept development through testing and iteration.
• Produce at least 20 genuinely distinct creative concepts each week, supported by clear briefs, hypotheses and storyboards.
• Create customer avatars, hooks, angles, scripts, offers, formats and editing direction.
• Analyze creative performance, diagnose successes or failures and translate insights into systematic iterations and future testing priorities.
• Lead a distributed team of video editors, graphic designers and content specialists, running regular UK‑morning creative calls and coordinating execution across time zones.
• Assign briefs, review major outputs, provide actionable feedback and hold the team accountable for quality, deadlines and execution standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting eight‑figure consumer brands and managing significant Meta ad spend.
• Ability to balance premium brand presentation with direct‑response performance.
• Hands‑on senior professional capable of auditing existing creative operations, establishing a premium direction and rebuilding scalable systems.
• Experience leading and motivating distributed creative teams.
