Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Incode is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve its cloud infrastructure that powers AI‑driven identity verification services. You will work closely with development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available systems that support global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Kubernetes‑based, cloud‑native environments.
• Develop and manage Terraform‑driven Infrastructure as Code pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production incidents to minimise downtime and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Build and optimise observability solutions using Prometheus, Loki, ELK or similar stacks.
• Define and improve internal engineering standards and automation frameworks.
• Stay current with AWS and DevOps innovations, introducing new tools to boost speed and scalability.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and operating cloud‑native infrastructure at scale.
• Strong collaboration skills with software engineers to translate complex challenges into automated solutions.
• Ability to drive reliability, performance and security across production systems.
