Senior Director of ICSR

About the role

PrimeVigilance is seeking a Senior Director of ICSR to lead its ICSR Management Unit. The role oversees case processing across post‑marketing, clinical and medical‑device portfolios, ensuring the highest quality and productivity while supporting the company’s patient‑safety mission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assigned ICSR Management Unit, guaranteeing optimal resource utilization and productivity.
• Set and review productivity targets, analyse workload data and reallocate staff to meet project demands.
• Oversee Associate Directors and line managers, providing coaching, performance monitoring and succession planning.
• Collaborate with resourcing, HR, commercial and operations teams on budgeting, contracts and recruitment.

Required profile

• Life‑science degree (pharmacy, nursing or related) or equivalent pharmacovigilance experience.
• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance case processing (post‑marketing, clinical, medical devices) and proven senior‑level leadership.
• Strong communication, organization and management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
• Advanced PC skills for data analysis and reporting.
