Key responsibilities

• Guide critical strategic initiatives that drive the company’s mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
• Oversee complex, cross‑functional projects spanning multiple divisions, working closely with leadership to deliver impactful results.
• Establish project governance frameworks, enhance operational efficiency, and develop collaborative teams.
• Manage portfolios of strategic initiatives focused on business growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Create significant value through leadership of key programs that directly contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.

Required profile

• 15‑20+ years of experience across clinical systems implementations with executive stakeholder and vendor management.
• Advanced degree or Bachelor’s degree plus progressive project/program management experience in complex organizations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and PROSCI certifications highly desired.
• Demonstrated success leading large‑scale transformation initiatives and change‑management programs.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.
• Experience developing and supporting successful teams in regulated environments (CRO, life sciences, healthcare).
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and influence through collaboration.
• Expertise in project‑management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency with project‑management software and the Microsoft Office suite.
